Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid transactions on Exam Sankalp (https://www.examsankalp.in). Please read it carefully before making any payment.

1. Free Practice Tests

All practice mock tests on Exam Sankalp are completely free. No payment is required to access practice tests across any exam category or topic. Since there is no payment involved, no refund is applicable for practice tests.

2. Mock Test Fee Refunds

Test fees for paid mock tests are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Mock test cancelled by Exam Sankalp — if we cancel a mock test before its start time, the full test fee will be refunded to your wallet automatically.
  • Technical issues on our end — if a verified server-side technical issue prevented you from participating in or completing a mock test, a full refund will be processed after investigation.
  • Payment processed but registration not confirmed — if your payment was deducted but the mock test registration was not confirmed, the amount will be refunded after verification.
  • Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same mock test, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You missed your booked time slot
  • You started the mock test (even partially or answered one question)
  • Poor performance or low score in the mock test
  • Your device, internet connection, or power issues during the test
  • You were disqualified for violating the Terms of Service (cheating, multiple accounts, etc.)
  • You changed your mind after registering for a mock test

4. Wallet Top-Up Refunds

Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn. Refunds for money added to your wallet may be considered in the following cases:

  • Mistaken top-up — If you added money by mistake (wrong amount, duplicate payment, or accidental top-up), you may request a refund. Email us within 7 days of the transaction with the reason. Unused amount may be refunded to the original payment method at our discretion.
  • Unused top-up — Money added via PhonePe that has not been used for any mock test may be refunded on request, subject to our approval. Email us within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Partially used wallet balances are not eligible for refund (only unused top-up amounts may be considered).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or as otherwise agreed).

5. Organization Quizzes

Quizzes created within organizations (by Cohort Admins for their students) are always free for members. Since no payment is involved in organization quizzes, no refund is applicable. If an organization quiz is cancelled by the Cohort Admin before its start time, members will be notified but no financial refund applies as no fee was charged.

6. Bonus Wallet Credits

Bonus credits earned through referrals, streaks, or promotional offers are non-redeemable and non-refundable. Bonus credits can only be used for mock test entries and cannot be converted to cash or transferred. Expired bonus credits cannot be restored or refunded.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at admin@examsankalp.in within 24 hours of the issue.
  2. Include your registered mobile number, mock test name, and transaction details.
  3. Describe the issue clearly with any supporting screenshots if available.
  4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

8. Refund Timeline

  • Wallet credit refunds — processed within 24 hours (refunded to your Exam Sankalp wallet).
  • Original payment method refunds — processed within 5-7 business days via PhonePe. Actual credit to your bank account depends on your bank's processing time.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.

9. Mock Test Cancellation by Exam Sankalp

Exam Sankalp reserves the right to cancel a mock test before its scheduled start time due to insufficient registrations, technical reasons, or other operational factors. In such cases, the full test fee will be automatically refunded to the payment source (wallet or original payment method) within 24 hours.
