Welcome to Exam Sankalp (https://www.examsankalp.in). Exam Sankalp is a skill-based mock test platform for competitive exam preparation. We offer free AI-powered practice tests across 9+ exam categories and 80+ topics, paid mock tests, and an organization management system (B2B) for coaching centers, schools, and companies to conduct and track mock tests for their students.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Exam Sankalp, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and participants of both free practice tests and paid mock test competitions.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Exam Sankalp.
  • You must be a resident of India to participate in paid mock test competitions.
  • By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
  • Free practice tests may be attempted by guests (without registration) by providing a name and mobile number.

3. Account Registration

  • Registration is done via mobile number and OTP (One-Time Password) verification. No password is required.
  • You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You may optionally apply a referral code during signup to receive bonus credits.

4. Free Practice Tests

  • Practice tests are available across 9+ competitive exams including SSC (CGL/CHSL/MTS), UPSC (Prelims), Banking (IBPS/SBI), Railway (RRB), State PSC, JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, Class 10 (CBSE), and Class 12 (CBSE).
  • Each practice test consists of 30 AI-generated multiple-choice questions with a time limit of 30 seconds per question.
  • Questions are generated using AI and are unique for each session. No two practice sessions will have identical questions.
  • Scoring follows real exam patterns: +1 mark for correct answers, -0.25 marks for incorrect answers (negative marking), and 0 marks for unanswered questions.
  • Practice tests are completely free with no hidden charges.
  • Results and detailed explanations are provided instantly after test completion.

5. Paid Mock Test Competitions

  • Paid mock tests may require a test fee. Rankings are based on score and time taken.
  • Each paid mock test consists of 50 questions with a 30-minute time limit (unless otherwise specified).
  • Only one attempt per user per mock test is allowed.
  • Rankings are determined by score first, then by time taken. Higher score with less time means better rank.
  • Results are final and binding once declared.
  • No use of external assistance, cheating tools, or automated systems is permitted during mock tests.
  • Tab switching or navigating away during mock tests may be recorded and flagged.
  • Exam Sankalp reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in unfair practices.

6. Payments and Test Fees

  • Test fees for paid mock tests can be paid using wallet balance or through PhonePe (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking).
  • Test fees are non-refundable once a mock test has started. See our Refund Policy for detailed terms.
  • All amounts on the platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Wallet top-ups are processed securely through PhonePe payment gateway.

7. Wallet System

Exam Sankalp provides a two-wallet system. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash; it can only be used on the platform.

  • Main Wallet: Holds money added by you. Can only be used for mock test fees and to access reports and analytics on the platform. Not withdrawable.
  • Bonus Wallet: Holds non-redeemable credits earned through referrals and daily streaks. Can only be used for mock test fees. Not withdrawable or convertible to cash.
  • Bonus credits may have an expiry period. Unused bonus credits may expire as per platform policies.

8. Referral Program

  • Registered users receive a unique referral code that can be shared with others.
  • When a new user signs up using your referral code, both the referrer and referee may receive bonus credits (credited to the bonus wallet).
  • Referral bonuses follow a tiered system — more successful referrals unlock higher bonus tiers.
  • Referral bonuses are subject to the bonus wallet terms (non-redeemable, mock test fees only).
  • Abuse of the referral system (fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in forfeiture of all bonus credits and potential account termination.

9. Daily Streaks

  • Exam Sankalp features a daily streak system for consistent engagement.
  • Streak milestones (7, 14, 30, 60, 100 days) unlock bonus credits and badges.
  • Missing a day resets your streak unless a freeze power-up is used.
  • Streak bonus credits are credited to the bonus wallet and are subject to bonus wallet terms.

10. Organizations (B2B / Cohort System)

Exam Sankalp offers an organization management system for coaching centers, schools, colleges, and companies to conduct mock tests for their students or employees.

  • Cohort Admin Role: Organization administrators (Cohort Admins) can create organizations, invite members via phone number, create custom quizzes, manage batches, and access comprehensive analytics dashboards.
  • Member Role: Members are students or employees invited by a Cohort Admin. Members can view and participate in organization-specific quizzes.
  • Organization Quizzes: All quizzes created within an organization are free for its members. No entry fee is charged for organization quizzes.
  • Batches: Cohort Admins can group members into batches (e.g., Class A, Morning Batch) for better organization and analytics filtering.
  • Invitations: Members are invited via their mobile number. If the number is not already registered on Exam Sankalp, an account is automatically created and an SMS is sent with login instructions.
  • Analytics Access: Cohort Admins can view performance analytics for all members in their organization, including individual student reports, topic-wise analysis, score trends, strengths, weaknesses, and peer rankings.
  • Data Responsibility: Cohort Admins are responsible for ensuring they have proper consent from members before adding them to an organization and accessing their performance data.
  • CSV/PDF Export: Cohort Admins can export student reports, topic analysis, and quiz comparison data in CSV format. Individual student reports can be exported as PDF.

11. AI-Generated Content

Practice test questions are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated questions may occasionally contain errors. Exam Sankalp provides these questions for practice and learning purposes only and does not guarantee their accuracy as a substitute for official exam preparation materials.

12. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the platform
  • Sharing answers or questions with other participants during mock tests
  • Any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity
  • Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
  • Impersonating another user or providing false information
  • Abusing the referral program or wallet system

13. Intellectual Property

All content on Exam Sankalp, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, UI design, questions, and software, is the property of Exam Sankalp and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent.

14. Account Termination

Exam Sankalp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, any remaining bonus credits will be forfeited. Main wallet balance (if any) will be refunded subject to verification.

15. Limitation of Liability

Exam Sankalp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Exam Sankalp in the preceding 12 months.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably.

17. Changes to Terms

Exam Sankalp reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
